Return Policy

At Olivec Canada, we are committed to providing high-quality temporary fencing products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. To support this commitment, we have established the following return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accompanying accessories and packaging.

  • Custom orders, special imports, or modified products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@olivec.ca with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the designated return location.

3. Restocking Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

  • For in-person returns to one of our warehouses (Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver), no shipping charges apply.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We may request supporting photos or arrange an inspection.

  • Defects will only be considered valid if the product was used correctly and under normal intended conditions. Defects caused by improper installation, unsuitable terrain, extreme weather conditions, or misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund for items deemed genuinely defective.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used panels, crowd/stage barriers that have been installed, or any product not in resalable condition.

  • Clearance or final sale items.
